Festival 542 Refund Policy

Refund Policy & Options:

1. Sell or gift your entry to someone else. $10 transfer charge to the recipient.  Recipient must acknowledge who the ‘entry’ is from when registering.  Transfers are done via downloading a new registration form and simply noting who you’re replacing on the form.
2. Transfer registration to another NorKa event (like RUN 542).
3. 100% transfer value forwarded to next year if done prior to two weeks of the event ( by 8/26/12). 
   
4. 1/2 value for transfers/forwards within two weeks of event.
5. No refunds after 9/6/12. 
   *All changes and transfers must be requested three days prior to event.
   * All transfers are subject to approval by the director
