Norka Recreation is dedicated to green ideology and helping our community. All event have a "green fee" included which allocates funds specifically to three local non-profit organizations: , Whatcom Land Trust, ReSources, Bellingham and Whatcom County Parks and Recreation Foundation. So $1 of each registration goes to each of these through the NorKa Fund, a donor advised funded managed by the Whatcom Community
Foundation. Additional monies are collected through merchandise sales that go to support Local Cancer Care. Other fundraisers, like the the 542 Poker Ride, support the Women Care Shelter of Whatcom County. Thank you for your support and for supporting these important organizations.
Festival 542 Registration Choices
Are you Registered?? Check HERE. Please e us with any changes. PLEASE participate only in the group you are designated in. We are happy to move you around but please check in first as to keep our results and registration staff happy. Changes and last minute registrations may involve chocolate, wine and other favors.
Number pick-up:
Thursday 9/8 from 5-7pm at Klicks Running and Walking (formerly Runningshoes.com) on State Street near the Harley shop.
Saturday 9/10 on-site for the run at White Salmon Day Lodge or from 6-8pm in Glacier
Sunday 9/11: at the Registration area in Glacier, closes 1/2 hour prior to your start time.

2011 FESTIVAL 542 Registration forms are available at participating local shops after 5/3/11. Shops will earn accumulating rewards for entries that were picked up from their shops. Just pick up your 2011 registration form from your favorite shop, send it in, and shops will earn rewards for employees and customers.

All parents get a $10 discount on the Lake Samish Triathlon as a promotion for our upcoming LADIES MOUNTAIN TRIATHLON in October (Mtn Bike, Kayak, Road Ride, Kayak, Trail Run - Clinics, lessons, play & stay packages...it will be super fun!!
Day-of is also available, but we'd love to have you sign up early to save a few bucks and we can better prepare for your arrival.
